Meet Information

The track & field facility is an 8-lane track with a new polyurethane surface for 2020 season. The shot put and discus circles are brushed concrete. Needle spikes (1/8") are recommended. If you use spike do not exceed 1/8" needle spikes.

  • Buses will park on the I-75 side of the stadium.
  • Teams will place tents on the soccer field.

The registration deadline is THURSDAY, March 24TH at 9:00pm.



The cost is $100 for one team. 
The cost is $175 to bring both boys and girls teams.

MEET NOTES:

1. ATHLETES IN RUNNING EVENTS WILL REPORT TO THE CLERK OF COURSE ON FIRST CALL.

2. ATHLETES IN FIELD EVENTS SHOULD REPORT TO THE EVENT AREA ON FIRST CALL.

3. RUNNING EVENTS TAKE PRECEDENT OVER FIELD EVENTS.

4. ATHLETES WILL BE PLACED IN HEATS AT THE CLERK OF COURSE ACCORDING TO TIMES SUBMITTED. SLOWER TIMES WILL RUN IN THE FIRST HEATS.

5. ATHLETES IN RUNNING EVENTS NEED TO REMAIN ON THE TRACK AT THE END OF THEIR RACE UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE.

6. TROPHIES WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FIRST THREE PLACES AND CAN BE PICKED UP

7. ALL ATHLETES SHOULD USE THE PRACTICE FIELD BEHIND THE TRACK TOWER TO WARM-UP AND STRETCH.9. TEAM TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE FIRST THREE PLACES ACCORDING TO TEAM SCORING.

8. SCORING WILL BE 10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4- 3 - 2 - 1 FOR ALL EVENTS.


9. ALL FIELD EVENT ATHLETES WILL BE GIVEN THREE ATTEMPTS.


10. EACH SCHOOL MAY ENTER A MAXIMUM OF THREE COMPETITORS PER INDIVIDUAL EVENT. EACH SCHOOL CAN ENTER TWO RELAY TEAMS PER RELAY EVENT.


11. AN INDIVIDUAL CAN ENTER A MAXIMUM OF FOUR ( 4 ) EVENTS. Relays count towards the four event total. 


12. ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED MUST MEET GHSA ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.


13. ALL TIMES SUBMITTED FOR RUNNING EVENTS SHOULD BE FOR METERS AND SHOULD BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE SO LANE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE FAIR.


16. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED On-line BY March 25th, 2021 and 12:00pm at ga.milesplit.com/meets/103678/


17. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE THE DAY OF THE MEET.


18. All DEVICES WILL BE WEIGHED.
