Meet Information:
The entry limit is Three individuals per running event and two relay teams. Entry fee: $100.00

MACCA entries must be entered before the meet.
No entries on race day
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, May 4th
We will need at least two coaches to judge each field event. We will also need three coaches to help with relay exchange zones. We need the following events covered. Let us know ASAP what event you would like to cover.

Heats: Heats will be run as a final against the clock.
Timing will be by Perfect Timing.
The schedule of events is as follows and will be automatically timed.
3:30 p.m. - Track will be open
4:00 p.m. - Coaches Meeting at the tent near the finish line
4:30 p.m. - Field Events Begin:
Shot MS Boys followed by MS girls (best of 3 throws)
Discus MS Girls followed by MS boys (best of 3 throws)
MS Girls Triple Jump followed by MS Boys Triple Jump (best of 3 jumps)
MS Girls High Jump followed by MS Boys High Jump Girls
Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault.
5:30 pm Track Events start (If an athlete is jumping around running time, please have the athlete check in then head to the running event. Athletes will be able to return and finish field events) Rolling. 3 entries per event.

Other Logistics: We will have concessions, and bathrooms available. We ask that tents not to be set up in the in-field, but on the black top.
Athletic Trainer: We will have an Athletic Trainer on site on the infield to assist your athletes.
