Entry Notes: You must list alternates as #5 and #6 on your relay and no one can be listed on both relays per GHSA rules.
Also, GHSA rules only allow athletes to participate in 4 total events including relays.

General Information
Admission is $5.
The Track has eight lanes, is all-weather, and utilizes FAT timing.
Shot Put and Discus areas are concrete.
Starting blocks will be provided, and you may bring your own.
Shots and Discus will be inspected, weighed, and marked before Coaches meeting.
Each school may enter two athletes in each individual event and two relay teams.
All heats and flights will be set according to times, distances, and heights from entry form. Please be honest. Teams will be split in the pre-lims.
All teams are required to remain off the infield during the running events. If athletes/patrons are on the infield without permission they may be disqualified.
We will be scoring 8 places.
Champion and runner up trophies will be presented at conclusion of the meet. Individual Medals will be presented during the meet.
All GHSA rules and regulations will be followed.
If a field event has 10 or more participants, then the participants will be divided into two groups (Two Flights). Flight participants will receive 4 attempts. The Top 4 overall marks qualify for State Sectionals. If there are 9 or less participants, then the field event will be one flight with 4 attempts, and the Top 4 marks qualify for State Sectionals.
Spectators will only be allowed on the track during field events.
Results will be posted in the area between the lower and upper decks of the home side.
The control tent is for timers and pickers only. No coach should enter unless summoned over the PA system.
Hip numbers are to be placed on the side of the left hip.
Athletes competing in events held at the same time should report to both the Field Judge and the Clerk of the Course. Running events take precedence over field events and vertical events take precedence over horizontal events.
Relay Teams
Relay teams must consist of any combination of 4 athletes from the total list of 8 athletes registered in that event.
Bus Parking
Buses should drop off athletes and then park at the Heard County Arena down the road where the driver will be shuttled back to the event.
Check-In
Check in will be located in the finish line side end zone of the infield.
Implement Weigh-In
Implements will be weighed in near the discus area before coaches meeting.
Team Areas
Tents are only allowed in the grassy areas around the track that are not near the shot put or jumping pits..
Tents are not allowed in the stands.
