Monday, March 29^th

Session 1

4:30 - first half of field events: girls high jump, boys long jump, girls triple jump, boys shot put, girls discus and boys pole vault

4:45 - 4 X 800m relay (girls before boys)

Session 2

6:00 - begin running prelims (girls before boys)

6:00 - 400m dash

6:15 - 100m dash

6:30 - 100/110m hurdles

6:45 - 800m run

7:15 - 200m dash

7:45 - 300m hurdles

8:00 - 1600m run (finals)

Wed, March 31

Session 3

4:30 second half of field events: boys high jump, girls long jump, boys triple jump, girls shot put, boys discus and girls pole vault

Session 4

6:00 - begin running finals

6:00 - 4 x 100m relay (2-3 sections with the final section

the fastest)

6:15 - girls 3200m run

7:00 - 400m dash

7:10 - 100m dash

7:20 - 100/110m hurdles

7:40 - 800m run

8:00 - 200m dash

8:10 - 300m hurdles

8:25 - boys 3200m run

8:45 - 4 x 400m relay
