Cherokee Bluff Last Chance Invite

Teams: Cherokee Bluff, Athens Academy, Athens Christian, Flowery Branch, Hebron Christian, Peachtree Ridge, Jackson County, Tallulah Falls and West Hall
Entries: 3 entries per team per running event; 3 entries per field event; 2 relay teams per team; Entries are due on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 by 6:00 PM
Safety Plan:
o We will spread teams a part; each team will be given a designated area in the visitors stands.
o Fans and athletes will be separate; Fans to stay in the stands for running and all field events; behind the fence for shot put and discus.
o Each team to bring their own water.
Infield/Warmups: Reserved for competing athletes and coaches only. No parents or other spectators are allowed on the infield. Athletes can warm up around campus or the practice field adjacent to the stadium.
Parking: Busses should drop off at the stadium and then park in front of the school. Spectators can park in any available spaces on campus.
Awards: There will be no awards.
Check In: Check in will be in the middle of the field.
Timing: Timing will be FAT
Coaches Hospitality: Light dinner will be provided.
Concessions: Concessions will be available as potential COVID guidelines allow.
Gate Admission: $5 for all spectators; Athletes & Coaches are free
Meet Entry Fee: $50 for both teams (boys and girls), you may bring check to meet; Make checks payable to: Cherokee Bluff XC/TF Booster Club

4:00-4:45 PM: Field Events Session I: Girls Pole Vault, Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot, Boys High Jump, Boys Triple Jump
o 4:15 PM: 3200M (Girls then Boys)
4:45-5:30 PM: Field Events Session II: Boys Pole Vault, Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot, Girls High Jump, Girls Triple Jump
5:30 PM: Running Events (Rolling Schedule) (Girls then Boys):
o 4 x 100M Relay
o 1600M Boys
o 400M
o 100M
o 100/110 High Hurdles
o 800M
o 200M
o Senior Recognition
o 1600M Girls
o 4 x 400M Relay
