2020 Updated Race Guidelines:

1. All coaches, timers, spectators, and runners are asked to please wear a mask. Runners will not be required to wear a mask during competition. Runners can wear masks to start line line and then remove shortly before start.

2. Coaches please remind your runners to have their own water bottle available, especially after the race. There will be NO water table at the end of the finishing chute.

3. There will not be a traditional Awards Ceremony after the races. We will have individual medals in zip lock bags and will call the coaches only to get any awards that your runners or team has earned.

4. Please try to keep your runners in or around your team tents as much as possible. To minimize the "dead time" standing at the start line before each race, we will call for the runners to report to the line and start the race shortly thereafter.
