12th Annual Running With The Devils Invitational

Entry Forms All entry forms and fees are due by Wed. March 11th. Please make all checks payable to LHS Track. Entry fee is $180 for boys and girls team; $100 for a single gender team.Each school will be allowed 4 entries per event (2 per Relay event)
Order of Events Timing is tentative. We will run ahead when possible but not more than 30 minutes to allow runners adequate recovery time between events.
2pm- Scratch meeting
3:00 Field Events -Boys - discus, pole vault, and long jump Girls - shot put, triple jump and high jump
3:30 4x800 relay (no medals)
4:00 Field Events - Boys - shot put, high jump and triple jump Girls - discus, long jump and pole vault
5:00 Running Events in the following order:
4x100MRelay
1600MRun
400M Dash
100M Dash
100M/110M Hurdles
800M Run
200M Dash
300M Hurdles
3200M Run
4x400M Relay
Presentation of Team Trophies and Top Scorer Awards
Awards
Top 8 places will score. 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will receive medals. Team Trophies will be awarded to the top team. Entries will be 5 per event, however only top 2 placers per team will score team points.
Minimums
Minimums for the Field Events- All legal first throws/jumps will be measured; second and third throws/jumps must meet the minimum listed below to get measured. Boys Triple Jump 36', Boys Pole Vault 8', Boys Discus 90', Boys High Jump 5'4", Boys Shot Put 35', Boys Long Jump 18', Girls Triple Jump 27', Girls Pole Vault 6', Girls Discus 80', Girls High Jump 4'6", Girls Shot Put 28', Girls Long Jump 15'.
