Mary Persons High School is proud to host the 4th Annual Bulldog Distance Classic.
The meet will be held at the Monroe County Recreation Center in Forsyth, GA. 100 Dan Pitts Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029. The course is located less than a mile off interstate 75 exit 188.
The meet will be chip timed by Hardy Race Timing Company. There will be an on-site t-shirt producer as well as concessions for spectator purchase.
Race Schedule: To keep the races on time please adhere to the runners times for each race.
8:00am Varsity Boys (Top 8 runners/must be able to complete 5k under 30 minutes)
8:30am Varsity Girls (Top 8 runners/ must be able to complete 5k under 35 minutes)
9:05 Middle School Boys (top 8/ must be able to complete 2mi in 20min)
9:25 Middle School girls (top 8/ must be able to complete 2 mi in 25 min)
9:50 High School JV combined (unlimited)
10:30 Middle School JV combined (unlimited)
11:00 Award Ceremony will follow the conclusion of the JV races.
Awards:
Trophies for the top 3 Varsity HS races and Varsity MS races/ 1st place team trophies for High School JV races
Medals Top 20 in Varsity Race
Top 10 JV and MS Boys and Girls race
Meet Entry Fees:
High School-$75.00 for one team/ $130 for both teams
Middle School $45.00 per school
$10.00 per runner not fielding a team
