ENTRY LIMITS:
This meet is for athletes not expected to compete in Region Championship meet after Spring Break. This doesn't mean that if they compete at this meet then they can't compete at the Varsity Region Championships, but it would be preferred that this be a true JV Championship meet.

TROPHIES/MEDALS:
Trophies for 1st -3rd Place Teams Medals for 1st - 8th Place Individuals and Relays
Coaches can pick up Awards at end ofthe meet.
FIELD EVENTS:
Competitors will be given 3 attempts.
Pole Vaultwill raise 6" and High Jump 2". We will use 5 alive in those twoevents.
INFIELD AREA:
Access to the infield will be restricted to officials, coaches and competitors during therunning events.
Athletesmust enter from under the scoreboard once they check-in and leave the infield after their event(s).
FACILITIES:
Track is a brand new 6-laneall-weather track, please use inch or less pyramid spikes.
PARKING:
Bus and car parking will use the student parking lot near the stadium. Do not park behind the school near either field house.
GATE FEE:
$3.00 adults, $2 students, 6 and under free, GHSA passes, GCPS Photo ID, Senior Citizens 62 and over Free
CONCESSION:
Concession stand will be open starting at 3:45 pm
MEET T-SHIRTS:
Georgia Promotions will be on site selling the official 2018 Region 7-AAAAAAA JV Championships t-shirts.

RULES:
All National Federation rules will apply.
CLERK OF COURSE:
The clerking area will be located at the bottom of the hill under the scoreboard. All athletes must report for check-in by 2nd call. There will be Live Results so athletes can check their heat/lane prior to check-in.
