Facilities:
* 8 lane all weather track in good condition
* Restrooms and changing area in middle school gym
* Concessions
* Fully Automatic Timing System
*GHSA track rules apply. No Jewelry ( If your running a field event warn the kids before the event.)
No false starts. Coach Hadley will be my assistant starter.
* Fully Automatic Timing will be used.
* No kids allowed in the around the finish line. Also coaches timing their kids need to stand back from the track so you are out of the way of the camera.
* Meet Director: Tom Sickman
* Starter: D.J. Curbow
* Assistant Starter: Coach Hadley
* Head Timer: Coach Sickman (Fully Automatic Timing will be used)
* Grievance committee: Three Head Coaches not involved in grievance
* Awards: First Place and Runner Up trophies plus individual awards

9:30- Scratch meeting at the track (storage building)
10:00- First group of field events: Girls Pole Vault, Girls Long Jump followed by Boys Triple J, Girls Shot Put, Boys High Jump, Boys Triple Jump, Boys Discus
11:00- 2nd group of field events: Boys Pole Vault Boys Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump, Boys Shot put, Girls High Jump, Girls Discus
** 3200 meter will be ran at 10:30
** 300 meter hurdles will be ran at 11:00
** If you are late getting here we will add you in the field event and let your kid participate!! If you run the 300 meter hurdles and a field event you are to leave the field event and run and then go back and finish at the field event.
