Times: Open 1 mile 8:00 AM. Elementary (coed) 1 mile.

8:30 a.m. Championship Girls 3200 (7 runners per team)

9:20 a.m. Championship Boys 3200 (7 runners per team)

10:00 a.m. MS JV Girls 3200 (unlimited)

10:40 a.m. MS JV Boys 3200 (unlimited)

11:30 a.m. Awards

Registration: When entering in this meet, enter all of your middle school runners in the MS Boys and Girls Divisions. On race day, you can race any 7 runners in the Championship Girls and Championship Boys races.

Course: Primarily in the woods with mulch and crushed rock surface. Lacrosse stadium start and finish with an open 100 yard view of the trail after they exit and prepare to enter the stadium. This is a challenging course with many gradual inclines/declines. There is room for spectators in the stands, outside the black fence surrounding the soccer field, and the sidewalk area between the school/parking lot overlooking the field.

Awards: Trophies for the top 2 teams in championship races. Top 10 individuals in each race (including elementary competitors) receive medals.
