4:00 P.M. Middle School Girls (unlimited)
4:30 P.M. Middle School Boys (unlimited)
5:00 P.M. Varsity Girls (unlimited)
5:30 P.M. Varsity Boys (unlimited)
Cost:
$50 per team for Varsity. Middle School is free with a Varsity team entry.
$25 per Middle School team if only running middle school
Awards:
Trophies to top 2 teams per race, Varsity/Middle School
Medals to top 10 finishers per race. Varsity/Middle School

Notifications:
This meet is open to GHSA, GISA, and GICAA schools, but only athletes in
grades 9-12 may compete in the varsity races. The varsity race will be
approximately 5 kilometers in length, while the middle school race will be
approximately 1.5 1.75 miles in length (more precision to be given on
race day). A large parking lot will be available. Since the course includes
portions on sidewalks, runners are asked to refrain from wearing spikes.
Spacious restrooms are available near the concession stand, so athletes,
coaches, and fans are asked to remain outside the field house. Runners
should abide by jewelry, uniform, and other NFHS rules. Please inform
parents not to pace the runners, as they will be very close to the action.
