TIMING


Exact Timing will provide shoe chip tag timing for all races and live results will be available at www.exact-timing.com on the homepage

ENTRY FEE


$90 per team per gender (regardless of the number of races you would like to enter)

$25 per individual (not on a team)


PAYMENT


Mail checks to Clarkston High School or pay at packet pick-up on event day

AWARDS


Trophies for the Top Team in each race and t-shirts for the Top 5  finishers in each race

EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS!

PACKETS

Team/Individual packets will be available for pick-up on meet day at the Check-in/Concession tent by the Football Field/Track from 7:00am - 8:00am.

FOOD

A Concession Stand will be open at the Check-in Area from 7:00am - 10:00am. Coaches Hospitality tickets will be in packets for Coaches ONLY to use at the Concession Stand.


SCORING

Scoring will be done in accordance with GHSA Rules.


PARKING

Car and bus parking will be available at Druid Hills Middle School. Parking is located within walking distance to course/start/finish.


TEAM CAMPS

Teams can set-up camps on the track/football side of the baseball field; not on the start/finish side of the baseball field. Do not access any part of the baseball field.

RESTROOMS

Port-o-potties will be located near the team camp area.


TRAINERS

EMT and/or Athletic Trainers will be on-site for entire event. Water and PowerAde will be available for athletes at the start/finish line area.
