Meet Start: 11:00 a.m. 3200m will start the meet.
Scratch Meeting will be held after the completion of the 3200M

Admission: Adults $5.00 Students $3.00 (5 and older)
CONCESSIONS:The concession stand will open at 11:00 am and be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, candy and drinks throughout the day.

Meet Divisions: Div. 1 Varsity Girls and Boys
Entry limitations: Each school may enter three contestants in each event.
An individual may be in three track events and one field event, two track
events and two field events, OR one track event and three field events.
Athletes- An Athlete may enter in both Relays and no more than 4 individual events. 3 running &
1 field, 2 running & 2 field, 1 running & 3 field.

Awards: Top 3 finishers in each event, Top individual points Girls & Boys finisher, Top 2 Teams Girls & Boys.
Qualifiers: The top 5 finishers in each event that have met the minimum standards for that event will advance to the State Meet. GICAA will notify all coaches of the athletes advancing after all region meets are completed.
Events: Running, Relays, Throws & Jumps.
Track Surface: Synthetic 8 lanes / 4 Hurdle lanes
Entry Fees: GICAA to determine based on the number of schools participating and email schools with amount. Checks should be brought to the meet and made payable to SSA who will handle paying the timer.
