Welcome to the AIS Invitational. We are looking forward to hosting your high school track teams.
Meet Information:
The entry limit is TWO individuals per event and two relay teams. Entries in the 1600m and 3200m are 5 entries. Standard GHSA event limit rules apply. Additions are not permitted, however, substitutions are allowed, but run under the name of the person they are substituting for. No corrections to final results.
Entry fee: no entry fee.

Here is the basic information about the upcoming AIS HS Invitational. The meet will be co-hosted by Khalief Stamps and John Amosa of AIS.

Parking instructions: It is likely that your teams will arrive at a busy time at and around the school. Please drop off and then park next to Garden Hills Elementary School. If you find space in a designated parking area utilize that space, however big busses, will need to park at GHES to begin with and then come closer to the entrance once the meet is underway.
Register for the AIS Eagles HS Invitational on MileSplit.
You may NOT show up at the meet and just enter kids.
To register on MileSplit you must have an account. If you do not have an account, simply create one. Create a team roster where you enter your athletes.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 14, 2018 - 6:00 PM
An athlete MAY NOT sign up for an event "at the event".
Schools are limited to TWO entries per event and two relay teams. 5 Entries in the 1600m and 3200m on time standards of 12 minutes and 24 minutes.
For this meet we will need at least ONE coach to judge an event. We will also need three coaches to help with relay exchange zones.
Coach Khalief Stamps will be on the microphone and will serve as the meet director. We need the following events covered. Please be ready to inform us what event you will volunteer for.

Shot Put--
Heats: Heats will be run as a final against the clock.
The schedule of events is as follows and will be automatically timed.
9:00 a.m.- Track will be open
9:30 a.m.- Coaches Meeting at the tent near the finish line
10:00 AM Field Events Begin
Discus HS Girls followed by HS boys (best of 3 throws)
Shot HS boys followed by HS girls (best of 3 throws)
Girls Triple Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump (best of 3 jumps)
Girls Long Jump followed by Boys Long Jump (best of 3 jumps) at conclusion of Triple Jump.
Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump
Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault
11:30 a.m. 1600M 12 minute time limit
NOON Track Events start (or at the conclusion of the field events.) Rolling. 2 entries per event.

Other Logistics:
We will have concessions, and bathrooms available. We ask that tents not to be set up in the in-field, but on the black top.
Athletic Trainer: We will have an Athletic Trainer on site on the infield to assist your athletes.
Danny Potts of Georgia Runner will be the timer for the event.
