Meet Fees:

Entry fee is $80.00 per team (boys/girls) or $150.00 per school if received by March 18th.

Entry fees received after March 18th and before Wednesday, March 23rd must pay a $25 late fee.

Any meet fee paid after March 23rd will pay a $100 late fee, and/or the meet director has the right to refuse entries.

** If you commit to the meet and decide to cancel, you must do so before March 11th to receive a full refund. **

You have until 11:59 p.m. March 23rd, 2016 to enter, check and change.
This meet is limited to 8 teams, so first come first serve. If you wish to be on the waiting list please contact the meet director.

Entries:
3 entries for field and lane events (includes 800) will be allowed.
5 entries for distance races (mile and 2 mile) will be allowed.
All teams are allowed up to 2 relays.

Field Events:
Every contestant in the Shot, Discus, LJ and TJ will be given 3 attempts. No Finals!

PV and HJ contestants must compete at the current height, the bar will not be lowered.

If the contestant misses a jump it will be considered a miss. PV and HJ have precedent over horizontal jumps.

Awards:
Individual medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event.

Trophies will be given for Champion, Runner-up, and 3rd place Teams.

Scoring:
All events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Hospitality/Packet Pick Up:
Coaches are to pick up packets at the press box beginning @ 3:45pm. Coaches Meeting @ 4:00pm.upon arrival. Any mistakes must be corrected by 4:15pm. No additions on day of meet.

Each school will be asked to run a field event. All running events will be done by Pickens.

Hospitality room is located in the Press Box and is restricted to coaches and officials only.

Gate Fee:
$5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students and children.

T-shirts:
Custom 2015 Sharptop Invitational t-shirts printed on-site by Eagle Sportz will be available for sale .

Concessions:
Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.

Meet:
Only coaches and athletes about to compete are allowed on the infield. Athletes warming up must warm up outside the track. Athletes are to report to the clerk on first call.

Field event implements will be weighed-in beginning at 4:15.
