We would like to invite you to our invitational at Shiloh High School. The date is set for March 26th, 2016. We are looking for ten teams to come and compete. This will be an electronically timed meet (FAT) by First Call Timing. The total cost for both girls and boys teams is $120. Cost for one team is $60.
The schedule of events and guidelines for the meet are listed below. Please send your entry fee by Monday, March 21st, 2016. Payment given the day of meet is acceptable. Entries must be complete by Wednesday, March 23th. Changes or substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet, but this allows us to be as ready as possible on the day of the meet. Approximate end time is 4:00pm.

A medal will be awarded to the 1st place finisher(s) in each event. Also 2nd through 6th place will receive ribbons. Team trophies will be given for the first and second place teams.
Admission prices for adults is $5 and for students $3. Concessions stand will be open though coaches will have food and drinks provided for them in the Coaches Corner. Invitational t-shirts will be sold for $10.
There will be a coaches meeting at 8:30am at the middle of the field. Scratches will be discussed along with one coach from each team to help run a field event.
Each team may enter up to:
Two relay teams for each relay.
Three participants in the individual races (including distance).
Three participants into each field event.
Event Limitations:
Athlete Participation: Each athlete may participate in a maximum of five total events, with any combination of running events, field events, and relay events for that individual.
If a competitor exceeds participation limitations, all individual points, team points, and places earned by that competitor in the meet shall be forfeited and the competitor disqualified from further competition in that meet.

This meet will be electronically timed (FAT) by First Call Timing. We encourage you to time on your own at the start/finish line; however, only times from the official timers will be considered official. We will time the designated lanes in all events finishing in assigned lanes.
**We will need one coach or representative from each school to work as a field event administrator.
**For the relays, we will need three coaches to volunteer to monitor the exchange zones.
