Hospitality-GHSA card bearing coaches/administrators only provided by Beef-O-Bradys & the parents and student-athletes of Jefferson City Schools
Entry Fee-$150.00 per school-make checks payable to Jefferson High School
Checks need to be made payable to Jefferson high school.

Entry-Admission at the top main gate only (home side) - $6.00
Bus Parking & Drop-Off-All buses are to park in the parking lot across the street from the stadium. Buses may drop off athletes along the sidewalk adjacent to the top gate.
Event Packets to Include Heat/Flights-available adjacent to the home concession at 9AM
Shot and Discus Weigh In-All implements require verification and marking prior to competition. Use of an illegal implement during warm-up and competition will result in immediate disqualification from the event.
Poles-Poles will be verified and verification sheets will be accepted at the event venue prior to competition.
Spikes-1/4 only, no pyramid or greater length-additional spikes may be purchased at the concession area
Starting Heights-will be determined by the meet referee upon survey of entries
Entry Fee-$150.00 per school
Entries-Online-Teams will close out as the meet reaches capacity; event entry will close out Thursday April 14 @ 1pm
Scoring/Flights/Heats-all individuals and relay teams will compete in heats/flights based on entries, however, scoring and records will reflect the Group in which the school falls into based on size. Group I includes classes AAAA-AAAAAA and Group II includes classes A-AAA (A minimum of 8 schools per group before any division will be made)
Awards-individual and relay teams will receive medals for places 1st 3rd

*If numbers dictate, a revised field event schedule may be developed to run the meet more efficiently by placing teams in their respective groups for competition and utilizing additional venues.

Rolling Schedule on the Track to begin at 1PM
All events will be run with girls followed by boys. All events will be run in heats seeded slower to faster
