West Hall Invitational Cross Country Meet
Tuesday, September 15th , 2015
The meet will be held at the stadium here at West Hall High School. The start and finish line will both be located inside the stadium. Timing will be provided by Runners Fit.
Race Schedule:
JV Girls: 5:00
JV Boys: 5:30
Varsity Girls: 6:00
Varsity Boys: 6:30
Awards:
We will have team scoring and individual scoring. Varsity races will be your top 7 runners only. The top 3 teams in each Varsity race will receive a trophy. There will also be awards for the top 10 individual finishers in each Varsity race.
We will be recording results from the Varsity races and sending them in to ga.milesplit.com. Please send varsity and JV rosters to zack@runnersfit.com and copy me (bobby.pless@hallco.org). Please submit by Thursday September 10, 2015.
Cost:
$50 Varsity Girls( JV girls included in varsity fee)
$50 Varsity Boys( JV boys included in varsity fee)
Please park team buses and individual vehicles in West Hall's parking lot located right in front of the gym. We will be closing the gates to school to ensure the safety of all runners as the races start. Please communicate this with parents. Parking outside of school gate is available, as well as parking on the campus.
Part of the race is on the trail and the other part is through the parking lot (cement)... I recommend bringing road flats or trainers for the race as opposed to trail spikes.
