Middle School and Varsity
Entry Information:
1. 3 entries per running event per team (not including distance or field events).
a. unlimited entries for the 800m (MS girls & boys will be run at the same time) & Varsity, 1600m (MS girls & boys will run at the same time) & Varsity and 3200m run (Varsity only - girls & boys will run at the same time).
b. 2 entries for 100M, 110M, & 300M hurdles (varsity only).
2. 3 Events (any combination) and All Relays per athlete (examples: 2 field events & 1 running event and both relays / 3 running events or 3 field events and both relays)
Attending the Wildcat Relay Track Meet:
Roster entry deadline is Tuesday, March 24th by 9:59 pm. Make sure to select the "Entered" Key if you are attending. "Online Registration" is open for both Middle School and Varsity teams.
Volunteers:
1. All Teams are asked to provide 2-4 coaches and volunteers that are able to assist in working as field officials or at check-in.
2. All Head Coaches are asked to provide their volunteer's name by Monday, March 23th.
3. All Coaches and Volunteers working the meet will be asked to check in at the gate prior to entering the facility. In addition, please indicate where each volunteer is interested in working as an official or timer.
4. Please bring your stop watch and clip boards! Also, if you have a starter gun and measure tape, please bring with you as a back up device.
Entry Fees and Gate Fee:
There is no "entry fee" for teams participating in the FRA Wildcats Relays Track Meet. There will be a gate fee charged for each individual attending the meet who are not a coach or athlete.
Concession Stand:
The sale of concessions will take place at the meet.
2:00 p.m. Gates Open - Track Warm-up
2:30p.m. Coaches and Volunteer Meeting at Finish Line
3:00 p.m. All teams meet at midfield
