12:45 p.m. - Coaches Meeting (located at the pavilion)
12:50 p.m. - Varsity Girls Report to the starting line
1:00 p.m. - Varsity Girls race begins (top 7)
1:25 p.m. - Varsity Boys Report to the starting line
1:35 p.m. - Varsity Boys race begins (top 7)
1:55 p.m. - JV Girls & JV Boys Report to the starting line
2:05 p.m. - JV Girls & JV Boys race begins (unlimited)
2:35-2:55 p.m. - Tally Results
3:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony (located at the pavilion)
3:30 p.m. - Dismiss
P O L I C I E S
SCORING
-Please DO NOT ask the public address announcer, coaches or race officials for score results. We will post them when they are available.
PARKING
-Please park in the designated area accessed through the main gate of the Georgia Industrial Children's Home. Due to safely reasons the Children's Home asks that no one park along the sides of Mumford Road. $5 per car gate fee.
RESTROOMS
-Restrooms will be available for your convenience on the course.
AWARDS
-Medals will be given to the Top-10 girls runners and Top-10 boys runners. A runner-up trophy and championship trophy will be given to each girls & boys team.
