2nd Annual Tiger Invitational

Meet Information
1. All contestants must be eligible and compete under GHSA regulations.
2. Admission $5.00
3. A concession stand will be open for athletes and spectators. A hospitality room will be provided for all coaches.
4. Relay Teams and individuals will be seeded into events on the basis of times and distances submitted online. All running events will be run as a final against time.
5. Competitors in the long, triple, shot and discus will be given four attempts to achieve their best marks. Each event will be conducted as a final.
6. Each school may enter a maximum of 2 contestants in each event and two relay teams for the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relays.
7. Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 format for all events.
8. Medals will be awarded for the top three places in each individual event. For relay events, medals will ONLY be awarded to the first place team. Team trophies will be awarded to the top three teams.
9. Please limit spike length to inch.
10. Starting Blocks will be furnished
11. All vaulting poles must be properly marked
12. All participants must listen for calls for their events and report to the clerk of the course.
13. All spectators and coaches not participating or officiating in the meet should remain in the stands during running events.
14. No scratch meeting. Submit scratches and one-for-one substitutions to the timing officials from Fast Feet Timing Service.
15. The fee for the invitational is $120.00 for girls and boys , $65.00 for one team. Make Checks Payable to Greene County Track.

Entries:
You may enter two contestants per individual event and two relay teams
An Athlete may enter 3 individual events plus 2 relays. The individual events must be one of the following combinations: 2 field and 1 running, 1 running and 2 field, or 3 field events.
****ENTRY PROCEDURE****
ALL entries will be done online through the GATFX website (http://ga.milesplit.com/). You will receive further instructions regarding online entry once your team is entered in the meet. NO E-MAILED/FAXED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Events:
In the field events each contestant will have 1 minute to complete his or her trial.
The Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, and Discus Throw will be conducted as a final. Each contestant will be given 4 trials. NO PRELIMS IN THE THROWS AND HORIZONTAL JUMPS. Minimum measure marks may be established at the discretion of the Meet Director, but all contestants will have their first legal throw/jump marked and measured.
The starting heights in the High Jump and Pole Vault will be determined by the heights that you send in with your entries.
All running events will be as finals in sections against time. It is important that you submit accurate times for each contestant. (Note: the entry procedure will automatically pull the contestants best performance from the Milesplit database.) When more than one heat is necessary, the contestants with the faster times will be placed in the final heat.
Order of Events
No scratch meeting is necessary. Submit all changes IN WRITING to the officials from Fast Feet. Field event scratches/substitutions can be made at the event venue. NO ADDITIONS ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. ONE-FOR-ONE SUBSTITUTIONS ONLY.
