Coaches can pick up Awards at end of the meet
FIELD EVENTS: Competitors will be given 3 attempts. Pole Vault will raise 6 and High Jump 2. We will use 5 alive in those two events.
COACHES MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 3:30 AT THE CONTROL TENT
INFIELD: Access to the infield will be restricted to officials, coaches and competitors during the running events. Athletes must enter from under the scoreboard.
FACILITES: Track is a 6-lane all-weather track, please use inch or less pyramid spikes.
PARKING: Bus and car parking will use the student parking lot near the stadium. The driveway behind the track is closed due to construction.
GATE FEE: $4.00 for everyone, 6 and under free, GHSA passes, GCPS Photo ID, Senior Citizens Free
CONCESSION: Concession stand will be open starting at 3:45 pm
COACHES DINNER: Please notify by way of e-mail number of coaches attending.
PROTESTS: All protests or complaints must be directed to the Meet Director in WRITING. Meet Director is Coach Mark Kelley. The Games Committee will make all rule interpretations.
GAMES COMMITTEE/ JURY OF APPEALS: MATT HENSON, CHRIS CARTER,JASON ABNER
RULES: All National Federation rules will apply.
CLERK OF COURSE: The clerking area will be located outside the fence scoreboard end of the stadium. Entry will be allowed at that end of the field. All athletes must report for check-in by 2nd call.
ENTRY FEE: Each team will be charged $60. 00 or $120.00 per school.Please make checks payable to Brookwood HS.
Entry Fees cover awards and FAT.
