Important Information
The Trinity Lions Track & Field program will be hosting the 1st Annual Trinity Middle School Invitational at Riley Field. This event will offer "HY-TEK" entries and results. In addition, we will use a "8 lane Sprint Timer".
Entry Information
4 Entries max per event -> All field, running, and relay events.
Top 2 places per team will be recorded for points
3 Events and 3 Relays max per athlete: 6 total
Examples:
*2 field events, 1 running event, 3 relays.
*3 running events or 3 field events and 3 relays
Attending the Trinity Middle School Invitational
Registration deadline is Thursday, April 18th by 9:00 a.m. Make sure to select the "Entered" Key if you are attending. "Online Registration" is open for Middle School student athletes. The day of the meet, coaches will only have the ability to "scratch" athletes. If you made a mistake during registration or need to register an athlete late, please contact us via email, not at the meet.
Volunteers
1. All Teams are asked to provide 2-4 coaches and volunteers that are able to assist in working as timers or officials at the meet.
2. All Head Coaches are asked to provide their volunteer's name by Wednesday, April 17th.
3. All Coaches and Volunteers working the meet will be asked to check in at the gate prior to entering the facility. In addition, please indicate where each volunteer is interested in working as an official or timer.
4. Please bring your stop watch and clip boards! Also, if you have a "Starter Gun", please bring with you as a back up device.
Entry Fees & Gate Fee
There is no entry fee for teams participating in this event. There will be a gate fee charged for each individual attending the meet who is not a coach or athlete.
