Rabun County High School Track & Field
3rd Annual Bo James Invitational
Fees and Admission
The entry fee will be $25.00 per team or $40 for girls and boys. Make checks payable to Rabun County High School. Admission will be $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for students.
Awards and Presentations
We will present ribbons to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. All awards should be picked up by the coach at the conclusion of the meet. Team trophies will be given for 1st and 2nd place at the end of the meet.
Facilities, Equipment, and Procedures
8 lane latex track
Concrete throwing circles (no spikes in the circles)
Separate triple jumps and long jump pits
Restrooms and concessions available
The field house and school buildings are off limits to ALL athletes
The shot, discus, long jump, and triple jump will receive 3 throws or jumps, no finals.
Field events will be in flights.
Running events will be heats vs. time, no finals.
Have athletes report promptly to the clerk when called and exit the field when they have completed the event.
Entry Limits
Athletes may compete in a maximum of 5 events with a maximum of 3 individual events and not more than 4 running events.
Entry Sheets
Please complete and return your entry sheet by email by Tuesday, March 12th. Please include times if you have them. This will give us time to enter athletes and draw heats and flights. We will make changes the morning of the event. Scratch meet will start at 8:30am.
For the individual events you may enter 3 athletes. Please rank them as number 1, 2, or 3 in the event. We will create heats and flights using that information. Competitors in the individual field events will get 3 jumps or throws with no finals. The running events will be run against times.

Running events will have the girls heat followed by the boys heat. We will condense heats as needed.

12:15 100/110 Hurdles
