The Track & Field staff at Milton High School would like to invite Roswell, Cambridge, and Northview to participate in a quad meet at Milton High School. This event is scheduled to take place on April 10, 2013.

TEAM ENTRY FEES:
BOTH TEAMS (boys and girls): $60. Checks should be made out to Milton Track and Field Booster Club. Entry fees are due by April 9th, 2013. Please send payment by due date to:

ATHLETE ENTRY:
On-line entry will be utilized by accessing the entry system on www.gatfxc.com.
All entries must be submitted on-line no later than April 8th, 2013 by midnight.
EVENT ENTRY:
Each team will be allowed 4 entries per open running event. Each team will only be allowed 2 relay team per relay event. Each team will be allowed 4 entries per field event.
Athletes may compete in 5 events under the GHSA guidelines. All Coaches should follow GHSA rules and have their athletes entered in the appropriate number of open and relay events.
EVENT SCORING:
8 places will be scored in each event (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).
Field events will consist of 4 attempts with no finals. The 5 alive system will be used in High Jump.
TIMING:
All running events will be FAT. The PT Group will be handling timing.
ATHLETE WARM-UP:
The track will be open for warm-ups up until final call is made for the first running event of the day. A warm-up area will be roped off on the infield of the track for athletes to use once competition has started.
All field event athletes will be given a warm-up period prior to the start of their event. No field event athlete is permitted to begin warm-ups without a meet official present.
MEET MANAGEMENT:
Milton Track & Field has contracted USA T&F Starter to assist with the meet. We will need each team to assist with working a field event.

Cambridge- Girls Long and Triple; Exchange zones 4x100
Northview- Shot Put- Boys and Girls; Exchange zone 4x100
Milton- HJ- Boys and Girls; Boys- Pole Vault; Discus- Boys and Girls
CONCESSIONS:
There will also be a full concession stand opened.
ADIMISSION COST:
$5 for adults (18 and over) or $3 for child (4-18). Our school has been running the gate this year we have no influences over prices or the ability not to charge. Please encourage athletes to have his or her uniform to guarantee free entry.
