It's time to Vote for the Georgia Cross Country Performer of the Week!
Since August racing is a little inconsistent, we're combining the first 3 weeks of competition into just one vote. Moving forward we will do this once a week and we will have up to 5 nominees for both boys and girls each week
Here's the lineup for this week's vote:
Wyatt Windham - Lumpkin Co. - He won the Silver Race at North Georgia Championships on 8-24 in a time of 15:39 and won the Kosh Klassic on 8-17 in a time of 16:24
Haydn Hermansen - North Gwinnett - He won the Pickens Preview on 8-24 in a time of 15:35
Jameson Pifer - Collins Hill - He won the Navy Race at North Georgia Championships on 8-24 in a time of 15:14
Davis Drake - Johnson Ferry Christian - He won Bob Blastow on 8-24 in a time of 15:39 and Finished 7th at Hoya 2 Mile on 8-16 in a time of 10:02
Tommy Latham - Marist - He won the Starr's Mill Panther XC Meet in a time of 15:04 on 8-31 and Won the Marist Twilight on 8-23 in a time of 9:19

Note - Time is only one factor to determine the nominees each week. Place in each meet will be another factor, the bigger the meet the more it's weighed.
Once an Athlete wins, they will no longer be nominated for athlete of the week.We will keep a running tally of each week's winner and then after the season have a final vote for athlete of the year.
