Most improved runners is always one of my favorite things to examine in this sport. Who doesn't love a good improvement story? It's always fun to see a kid work hard and make big jumps in the sport. So that's what we're going to look at here. We have them ranked based on who improved the most from last year. For this week's races we compared their times to their best performance in August of 2022. Athletes had to be in the top 1000 performances from this past weekend in order to make this list.
