Ethan Ashley remains on top thanks to his 15:01 at the 2021 Coach Wood Invitational. He leads 10 boys who have gone under 15:30 this year. Joey Sandel is the only other one sub 15:10 with his 15:07 at the 2021 Desert Twilight XC Festival. James May put up a 15:16 at the 2021 Great American XC Festival while Edward Blaha and Nathan Solomon are close behind each with a 15:18 on different courses. Blaha hit his at the 2021 Alexander/Asics Invitational and Solmon dropped his fresh new PR in his runner up finish at Coach Wood. The next 4 times all come from Coach Wood with Nate Verska, Christian Gonzalez, and Matthew Fernando all running 15:22 in a crazy finish. Miles Ferguson was close behind in that race with a 15:26 and Bryson Gates rounds out the top 10 with his 15:27 from the 2021 Big Peach Mustang Stampede. This senior boys class has certain stepped up in their attempts to fill the shoes of those who graduated last year. It's led to some thrilling races between them when most of them meet up, most notably at Asics and Coach Wood. Check out the rankings below:
