MARY PARRISH GREEN, with her 18:44 from 2021 Warpath Invitational, leads a group of four freshman girls who have broken 19:00 and a total of nine who have already broken 20:00. ADDISON ADAIR is only one second behind her thanks to her 18:45 at Wingfoot XC Classic though so it'll be exciting to watch them face off against each other at Coach Wood. Lurking close behind them is SHARI BROWN who keeps improving and just dipped under 19:00 for the first time at Alexander / Asics Invitational. And closing out the Fab Four so far is CLODAGH O'BRYANT thanks to her 18:54 from Hall County XC Championships. There are another 9 girls who are easily within striking distance of a sub 20 so it'll be interesting to see if they pull it off in the cooler weather that October brings (once this rain goes away!).
