What had the beginnings of an ominous day of Track & Field with it raining Friday, suddenly the GODS of Track decided enough was enough, as a hard pelting rain seemed to stop suddenly around 8amish' , the skies clearing and a unseasonably warm mid February Saturday blossomed into sunny clear skies with 70 degree temps! Let's not get too excited as old man Winter will surely raise its ire again and have everyone huddling in the month to come, lol. The Union Grove Early Bird FAT ran as smoothly as an big early season meet could go with all the entries, with First Call Timing doing an excellent job as usual, and sister schools Union Grove and Eagle's Landing combining to pull off the event.
It was a great meet for athletes to stretch out their limbs, and see where they stood compared to many other schools. 15 Elite Performances were achieved and all had a great experience.
