Banks and Bleckley are pretty evenly matched, but Bleckley is young; advantage Banks. Toombs looks poised to challenge at the top. Jeff Davis and Armuchee would be a good race head to head. Pepperell, Coosa, Rockmart, and Gordon Central are very close and Dade Co breaks into the top ten.
