Southwest DeKalb began Saturday with 10 points, but the Conwell twins and their posse got a jump start blowing away the 4x100 relay in 41.08. Terry Conwell added to the momentum racing to the 400m title in 47.54, followed by Terryon taking the 100m dash clocking a 10.61. The Panthers slammed the door shut in the 200m sweepoing the top 2 spots as Terryon seized Gold at 21.32 and Terry taking Silver at 21.47. They scratched in the 4x400 (as it looked like one of Conwells may have pulled a hammy at the finish line in the 200?) but it mannered not as the title was locked up.
