Poteet is almost unbeatable (in GA) when he gets a lead. When challenged, he frustrates competitors moves by just subtly countering, hits a gear that is not answerable. he took had the lead for a few laps and Christian Bowles of Lakeside Evans decided to make a very early move on lap 5... Like the 'Machine' he is, Poteet just sat on him for a while. conserving his fuel, movng past as he desired rolling to the 'Best Performance Award' in the 3200m at 9:05.50. Christian Bowles left it all all out on the Track, with another amazing performance clocking a 9:13.13 An incredible battle ensued for the next 3 positions with the Falcons of Flowery Branch soaring taking 3rd and 4th led by Jake Shewbert in 3rd (9:30.33) and Grant O' Callaghan 4th (9:31.20)
