Rumor has it that Reilly Friedman has put in 70 mile weeks in Summer Training which is scary. The curly haired 'Scot' runs like a well tuned engine, on the track or turf and he sets the standard for his competitors in 1A Private. Reilly's pr's are 15:14/4:22/9:24....can you dig it? Fellow sr and friendly foe Robby Keough from Whitefield Academy has better footspeed with Track pr's of 1:53/4:15. Adam Hearn of Athens Academy has paid his dues in the shadow of former AA runners (like Henry Dwyer) moved on the collegiate endeavors with a pr of 16:39 at Foot Locker South. Hebron Christian ace Trent Johnson placed 13th at State, including a pr of 16:40 at 'FLS'. Lewis Brooks of Lakeview Academy placed 14th at State and has a pr of 16:42 at the former Bob Roller course. FPD's Will Martin is a returning All-Stater having placed 9th at State, and boasting a pr of 16:52 at FLS.
