Forsyth Central may be ready to take the next step and make a Podium run this season after great improvement in 2013. The Bulldogs only lost 1 to graduation bringing back a good core of runners. Jr. Max Warner pictured left) should lead the way again sporting a pr of 16:21 (Old Bob Roller course) and a 16:30 at Foot Locker South. Their 2-5 returners including Charlie Webb, Cole Gizelbach, Will Hasse and Reese Mitchell) have a pr split of :14 boding well for pack running potential.
