Reilly Friedman of Galloway Takes A Private 3200m in 9:31

Reilly Friedman of Galloway used a lot of energy chasing Robby Keough in the 1600 Thursday nite and the ? was will he have enough left in the tank to defend his 3200m title from Shane Sullivan of Mt Pisgah.  Friedman built a 10m lead after lap 1 splitting 1:07, extended his lead to 40m splitting a 4:39 at the 1600 mark.  Sullivan and the Hebron Christian duo of Trent Johnson and Colson Hagan were competing for the runnerup spot at this juncture. Friedman struggled/or eased up on lap 7 with the chase pack picking up the pace closing the gap maybe... 10 meters.   The 'pack' however  got split up on the final lap as Friedman recharged, pulling away winning in 9:31. Sullivan was easily 2nd in 9:42  with Hebron teamates Johnson placing 3rd (9:50) and Hagan 4th (9:58)
