Entry Fee $60 for one team and $120 for both.
8 TEAMS
Running Events - Each School May Enter 2 Athletes in Each Individual Event and 2 Relays in the Relay Events.
Field Events - Each School May Enter 3 Individuals in Each Field Event
There will be 2 heats of each running events.
9am - Pick Up Packets
9:30am - 1st Round of Field Events Starts
Long Jump (G&B) - Triple Jump to Follow
High Jump (B) Girls to Follow
Discus (B) Girls to Follow
Shot Put (G) Boys to Follow
Pole Vault (G) Boys to Follow
Order of Running Events:
Girls then Boys
Shuttle Hurdle Relay (100,100,300)(110,110,300)
4x100 Relay
3200 Run - Boys
Sprint Medley (100,100,200,400)
1600M Run
200M Dash
4x800 Relay
100M Dash
Distance Medley (800,400,1200,1600)
3200 Run - Girls
4x400 Relay
There will be trophies for the top 3 teams in each gender and medals awarded to 1st - 3rd place finishers in each event.
A detailed timeline will be sent out later.
Hospitality will be provided and is always well stocked.
