8:00 Varsity Girls 7 runners 5k
8:30 JV Boys 7 runners 5k
8:32 JV Girls 7 runners 5k
9:05 Open Unlimited 5k

Open race is open to all-comers, coaches, parents, and runners that have not competed in the varsity or JV races.
Entry procedures: We only need the names of the Athletes that are running in the varsity races.

Entry Fees:
$60 per team
$110 per School
Make all checks payable to Cougar Athletics Club

Awards: We will give medals to the top 15 finishers in both varsity races (b/g). These will be given out along with team trophies to the top three teams after the Open race. The top 10 finishers (b/g) JV/Open races will receive medals in the finish line chute. Coaches are responsible for getting these athletes times.

There will be a $5 dollar charge for parking. Coaches and athletes will not be charged.
T-shirts will be sold for $15

Directions: Take I-20 west. Get off on Exit 30 Post Rd. Go left and take the first right. That road is Ephesus Church Rd. Clinton Farms is 2.5 miles on your right.
