Time: 9:15 Varsity Boys (7 runners)
9:45 Varsity Girls (7 runners)
10:20 JV Boys (limit 15 runners)
10:50 JV Girls (Limit 15 runners)
11:25 JV Open Mixed (unlimited)
Entry: Enter your team and individual runners on Milesplit by Wednesday, October 26, 2016
Bus Parking: Buses will need to drop off and unload their runners at the Masonic Lodge located at 65 Sewell Road.
Spectator Parking: Cars and other vehicles may park in the grass area next to the Newnan Utilities office building or in the parking lots of Carl Miller Park. There is also a lodge across the street where spectators may park. There will be a $7 per person charge for admission at the gate, which is located adjacent to the parking area and at the entrance to the course.
Restrooms: There will be 6 port-a-potties located at the start/finish area. There are also restrooms located at Carl Miller Park.
Tents: Team Tents can be set up anywhere near the start/finish area. Trash bags will be available at packet pick up.
Awards:
1st and 2nd team Area trophies for Varsity Boys and Girls
1st - 10th place individual medals for Varsity boys and Girls
1st - 10th place individual medals for JV boys and girls
Timing: The results and chip timing will be by The Perfect Timing Group
Concessions: Concessions will be available
T-shirts will also be available for purchase
