Entry Deadline:
Entries and fees must be paid and received by Event Director by Tuesday March 4, 2015. Please adhere to the deadline. Once entry fee is received, meet password will be emailed for entry.

Admission: $5.00

Scoring/Awards:
*10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (unless the number of teams dictates otherwise)
*Medals- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each event. Medals will be given to coaches of each school at the conclusion of the meet.
*Trophies awarded to 1st Place Teams
*All races will be run as final by times

Entry Limits:
Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event and 2 relay teams per gender.
EACH ATHLETE MAY ONLY PARTICIPATE IN A MAXIMUM OF 4 TOTAL EVENTS.

Notes:
*There will be a Coachs Hospitality Room as well as Concessions.
*There will be a 4:00 pm coaches meeting for last minute scratches, minimum field requirement, and break discussion.
*Please have all entries done on Milesplit by midnight on Wednesday 3/4.
*Meet program will be emailed to each participating coach on Friday 3/6.
*Please note the changes to the normal order of events on the time schedule below.
*Each school will be asked to work a field event.

Coaches Info

Stadium Address:

Bus Parking:
Please come in to Victory Drive and pull buses along fence on the fieldhouse end of the stadium

Team Areas:
All teams will be on the home side of the stadium. If you are setting up a tent it must be set up in the upper portion of the home bleachers or on the grass on the home side. The visitors bleachers will be closed.

Check In:
Check in will be located in the visitors side concession stand. Athletes should report to check in after 1st call for their event. Athletes should not cross the track or jump the fence to get to check in. They should walk around by the fieldhouse. Athletes should not use the gate near the finish line.

Warm Up Area:
Once checked in athletes may warm up on the visitors side of the infield. Warm up hurdles will be provided in the warm up area, please do not move hurdles. Athletes should remain in the warm up area until called to the bullpen. Once in the bullpen, they will be walked to the start line by events. The home side of the infield is for coaches only.

Miscellaneous:

Field Events are 4 attempts, measure all 1st attempts. Minimums must be met after 1st attempt.

Athletes competing in events held at the same time should report to both the Field Judge and the Clerk of the Course. Running events take precedence over field events and vertical events take precedence over horizontal events.

We will not re-seed on the day of the meet. There will be no additions, only subs and scratches at the coaches meeting.

Subs after scratch meeting should check in under the entered runners name. Turn in entry list sheets with changes.

Please instruct your athletes to walk forward from the finish line and go around to retrieve clothing and exit through the center gate at the top of the curve.

Fill out field event sheets completely and break all ties prior to sending results.

Use LC athletes stationed at your field events to run results to control tent at the conclusion of each flight.

GHSA rules for Track and Field will apply to this meet.

Athletes not involved in an event or called for an event need to remain outside of the track.

Spectators will be allowed inside the track area during the field events.

Results will be posted between the upper and lower level bleachers on the home side.

Team medals will be packaged together and available for pick up after the results of the 4x200 are posted.

The Coaches Hospitality Room will be located in the fieldhouse.

Please encourage athletes to throw away hip number backings at the trash can by check in.

Please encourage your kids to use the trash receptacles placed throughout the area and help pick up as you leave.
