-$50 per varsity team, $100 for both varsity teams, no charge for JV teams if both varsity teams run. $5 per JV runner if no varsity teams run

-Mail checks to Apalachee High School, 940 Haymon Morris Rd. Winder, GA 30680, C/O Alex Holmes
-Checks written out to Apalachee Cross Country
-Race day payments accepted but would prefer to receive them by 9/17/14
AdditionalNotes -The races will be held on the campus of Apalachee High School in Winder, GA.
-The course is primarily grass and dirt with some but very little gravel. There is a small portion that takes place on asphalt.
-Runners should have no problems using spikes but shoes may be recommended.
-The course includes roughly 1.40 miles of our schools nature trail. Teams are recommended to get to the school early enough to allow runners to preview the course.
-The runners will finish the last roughly 150 meters on the track.
-This is a challenging course that will prepare all runners for the state in Carrollton.
-This will be a great venue for spectators.
-Parking is $5 per car
-Concessions and T-Shirts will be sold
-10 runner max in varsity races, unlimited JV
-8:15 Boys Varsity
-8:45 Girls Varsity
-9:20 Boys and Girls Varsity Combined
-Depending on the number of runners the JV races may be combined.
-Top 3 teams in each varsity race will receive awards. Top 10 runners in each varsity race will receive medals. Award for the winning team of each JV race.
