Meet Info:
Your middle school runners are invited to compete in the 2011 Whitefield Invitation on the Whitefield Academy campus in Mableton. This is a challenging 2.0 mile course which winds the amphitheater, the athletic fields, and the foreboding Mt. Whitefield. The race starts and finishes on the track and has plenty of spectator views. Parking for race participants is free; spectator will be charged a $3 entry fee per car. Concessions will be available at the stadium.
This years meet will be capped at 15 teams per race, with a limit of 20 runners per team. The races will be professionally timed.
Race Schedule:
4:15 pm: Middle school boys (limit 20/team)
4:45 pm: Middle school girls (limit 20/team)
Awards:
Medals for the top 15 individual finishers per gender, Team trophies for first, second, and third place teams.
Entry Deadline and Payment Information:
The entry fee is $15 per team. If you enter both boys and girls team, the fee is $30. Multiple teams for each race may enter (i.e., A and B teams), but only the A team will be scored.
Entry deadline is September 12, 2011 at midnight. .
