DATE: Tuesday, October 18, 2011
PLACE: Georgia Highlands College Hwy. 27 S., Rome, Ga.
COURSE: The race will be run on the 5k course at Georgia Highlands College on the soccer field, upper campus, and around Paris Lake at the college. The course is mostly flat and fast. A majority of the course is grass, dirt, and gravel, with the new finish on the soccer field.
ENTRY FEES: $30 per varsity team (boys and girls are separate teams)
$10 per open team (boys and girls are separate teams)
Make checks payable to Pepperell High School.
Mail to: Michael Watson, Pepperell High School, 3 Dragon Drive, Lindale, Ga. 30147. I will send a receipt when I get your entry fee.
T-SHIRTS: Will be available for purchase!
AWARDS: 1st and 2nd place trophies for boys and girls will be awarded. The top 15 varsity runners will medal. The top 10 boys and girls runners in the open races will also receive medals (coaches will need to keep times on the rest of their open race runners)
FACILITIES: Restrooms and dressing rooms will be available.
TEAM INVITATIONS: Armuchee, Adairsville, Calhoun, Cartersville, Cass, Cedartown, Central Carrolton, Coosa, Dade County, Darlington, Excel, Gordon Central, Haralson County, Lafayette, Model, Pepperell, Rockmart, Rome, Temple, Unity Christian, Sonoraville, Villa Rica, Unity, Woodland, and many others!
ENTRY DEADLINE: October 14, 2011 and race day, if needed

SCHEDULE: 4:30-Combined Open 5:00-Varsity Girls 5:30-Varsity Boys
** we will start at 4:30, please do your best to be there
on time. Open race runners will not be able to run in
the varsity races if they are not present for the 4:30 start.
