Relay Entries: Each school is allowed 2 athletes or relay teams for each event.
-Entries are due online at www.ga.milesplit.com by 8:00 AM on Friday, April 15th.
Entry changes for the Meet may be made before 12:00 Noon on Tuesday April 19th.

Relays: -Provide names for each relay. Only the athletes that you have listed may run. You may not list any athlete on both of your 4x100m relay teams or both of your 4x400m relay teams. This is a GHSA rule.
Seeding: -Heats will be by seed times. The fastest six runners will be in the final heat of each race. Please enter accurate times for all of your athletes.
Field Events: -Each athlete will get 3 jumps or throws and the top 9 will go to the final round where they will receive 3 additional jumps/throws (these rules do not apply to the high jump and pole vault).
Qualification for Region Finals Meet: The top 4 performers/relay teams in each event will qualify for the region finals meet. Qualifiers may come out of any heat. Qualification is based purely on times (all times will be F.A.T) for races and heights/distances for field events.
Scoring: -Eight places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: -There are no medals, ribbons, or trophies awarded at the subregion meet. Medals, ribbons, and trophies will be awarded at the region finals meet.
Officiating, Meet Entry Fee, and School Assignments: Each school will need to make out a $110.00 check made payable to Region 5-A. Please include 5-A North Subregion track meet in the subject line. You may bring the check to the meet or send it to Kris Palmerton at Pace Academy, 966 West Paces Ferry Road Northwest, Atlanta, Georgia 30327.
-Event Assignments: Backup Timing and Finish Line- Wesleyan Long Jump- Fellowship, Kings Ridge Triple Jump- Mt. Pisgah, Galloway Shot Put- Providence, Atlanta International Discus- Pace, St. Francis High Jump- Pinecrest Pole Vault- Holy Innocents, Wesleyan Games Committee: Jolie Cunningham-Pace, Gary Downs- Mt. Pisgah, Candler Baxley- Wesleyan
Coaches Meeting: -There will be a coaches meeting at 11:00 AM on meet day.
Concessions: -The concession stand will be open all day and a hospitality room will be provided for coaches.
