Entries due by Monday 8:00am!
First call/scratch sheets due to the Clerk's table by 3:15.
3200m and field events will begin at 3:30.
2 entries per team per event and 3 individual events per athlete (plus both relays). This will be a dress rehearsal for Region so please check uniforms and spike lengths, no tape on the track or on the high jump/long jump areas, no jewelry, etc.
We will need assistance from coaches to judge/facilitate field events, relay exchange zones, and to just the curves on the track (runners running out of bounds).
