Online Registration Instructions
Registration will close on 8/19/26 at 11:00 PM. Teams may edit their entries until the deadline. For more information, please contact Brittney Skiles Coleman at Bcoleman@furlowcharter.org.
Race Distance for all divisions: 2 miles
Entry Fees:
HS Varsity $75 single team. $150 for both HS boys and girls team.
MS $50 single team. $100 for both boys and girls team
No registration/entry fee for 1 mile fun run.
No unattached high school runners.
Payments: Race day payments accepted. Please make checks payable to Furlow Charter Cross Country
$5 per vehicle for spectator parking
Meet Schedule:
Coaches meeting: 8:00 AM
HS Girls: 8:30 AM
HS Boys: 9:00 AM
MS Girls: 9:30 AM
MS Boys: 10:00 AM
1 mile fun run: 10:30AM (5th grade and below)
Awards will be immediately after.
Course Description:
The course consists of one small loop and then one big loop. The course is a mixture of grass and dirt trails. There is a small stretch of gravel. It is mostly flat with a few hills and inclines.
Location:
The meet will be held at the Sumter County Recreation Fields located 2.6 miles south of Americus on Highway 19.

Awards:
Trophies for the top 3 overall boys and girls teams in the high school and middle school races.
Trophies awarded to the first place finishers in each division. Medals to the top 15 individual finishers in each division.
Medals will be awarded to the top 5 individual finishers (male/female) in the finish chute for the 1 mile fun run.
