Schools: All RC middle schools
Events: All HS events except discus, high jump, 3200, 300H
Limits: 3 individual per event, 2 field event max, 2 relays. Distance (800,1600) events may have 5. Only three may score. Waterfall start for distance.
Individual athlete entry limits: 4 events max per athlete (including relays)

Start time: 10:00am with field events - 4x800 to be ran during field events
Order of field events: Boys and girls long jump and girls shot. Followed by triple jump and boys shot.
Minimum marks in field: each athlete will get one mark regardless of distance. After that, will be a NR if minimum mark isn't met.
Scoring: Top 8. 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1
All events ran as finals. Field gets three attempts total. No finals.
Athletes will receive a wristband for check in. These must be worn to check in. Wristbands will be labeled with school and athlete name. Zero exceptions.
We will NOT accept late entries. We will not add anyone day of. Failure to complete and meet deadlines will results in athletes or teams not participating.
