Reminders
Check inCheck in for field events will be at the event. Implement weigh-in will be at the throws area (see map below). We will begin checking in athletes for the first round of field events starting at 8:35 am.Athletes need to know their heat and lane, especially in those early 200s. they are supposed to be in. Athletes in laned events will not need a hip number. Athletes participating in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and/or the anchor leg of the 4 x 400 and the 4 x 800m Relay will need hip numbers.
Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands.
Entry Information
$150 per team or $225 for both teams.
Make the checks payable to LHS Track Booster Club and you can either hand-deliver it at the meet or mail it to 4205 Stackstone Drive, Cumming, GA 30041.
3 Entries per event (unlimited 200m and 1600m), 2 relay teams
The deadline for entries on milesplit is Wednesday, March 4th, at 11:00 pm.
Pole Vault Verification
Please turn in completed pole vault verification forms at the coaches meeting. Remember, the new pole vault verification forms require signatures from the principal, the athletic director, the head coach, and the event coach. Without those signatures and each vaulter's weight and pole rating, athletes from that school will not be allowed to compete.
Concessions Concessions will be open.
Coaches Hospitality
We will provide pizza and drinks for the coaching staffs during the running events.
Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers will receive medals. Trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams.
Team Tents
The visitor stands will be closed so please set up your tent up at the top of the home stands.
Parking
Please have your buses park in the schools parking lot. Do not allow them to park in the stadium parking.
