Heat Sheets will be emailed/faxed on April 12, 2010.
All Entries must be submitted with first and last name. Seed marks/times are preferred. Coaches may make substitutions at the event as required, however entry name may not be changed by the Chief Scorer.
Athletes may compete in a maximum of 5 events.
3 Main Events + 2 Relays = 5 Events
1600 and 800 will be OPEN. You may run as many as you like. All other events are limited to 3 entries per school.
Possibly will use the F.A.T. for timing.
